A new, ground up, outpatient hospital. Rand Construction Company performed the installation of mechanical, plumbing and medical gases for this facility.

This facility was challenging due to the redesign of the 2nd floor (second phase) with the introduction of new owners during construction. There was rework of certain areas due to changes in scope and addition of new systems required by the new owners. Rand was able to effectively keep track of the changes required and ensure all changes were captured and installed per the documents.BIM coordination was used to track clashes between trades. Rand was able to route all of its trades into the tight spaces while avoiding other trades and maintaining a clean layout for service and maintenance.
