Various Facility Renovations Joseph P. Teasdale State Office Building

This renovation project included selective demolition and asbestos abatement, as well as the complete interior renovation of 4 floors. The renovation included replacement of restrooms, new sprinkler systems, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work, elevator upgrades, and spray on fireproofing.

Construction took place while the building was occupied and careful considerations were taken not to disrupt the tenant.
