Veteran Affairs Relocation

The Veteran Affairs Relocation included tenant improvement renovation to approximately 10,000 square feet at 8930 Ward Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri. The scope of work included demolition, new walls, paint, carpet, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications. The project was located on the second floor of the building and included a professional work area of approximately 8-12 private offices and open space for 90 cubicles.

The customer had an aggressive schedule for project completion and Rand met all required project milestones. Rand worked with the GSA and the VA to be flexible in project milestones to accomplish needed tasks such as IT and furniture installations.
