Renovation of Existing Facilities

Many of Rand’s customers have existing facilities that they need to renovate and modernize. We have performed a number of renovation and modernization projects for a variety of our commercial and industrial customers, as well as Government and Municipalities. A number of these projects have been done for repeat customers requesting our construction renovation services due to successful past experience with us. We take great care to perform our renovation/modernization projects without disturbing the owner's ongoing operations. Rand has both the expertise and experience to perform renovation projects that include extensive millwork and architectural features, including buildings of historical significance.
