Rand can provide tenant finish services in both new buildings and existing, even to the extent of preserving historic structures. Our clients, both private and government, turn to Rand to finish their indoor space so that it will efficiently serve their needs and work product. We have experience in a wide range of service sectors that require different solutions to best serve the needs of the tenants. Rand and our partners can provide turnkey services to install partitions, lighting, power, data, plumbing, and even specialty systems such as medical gases in health care facilities and laboratories. We are very proficient and experienced with projects requiring extensive millwork and architectural features. We are well versed in LEED requirements and can implement the modifications necessary for LEED certification. Many of our projects involve work adjacent to ongoing operations and we have developed many techniques to complete the work without undue interruption of adjacent tenants.
