Rand has experience in all phases of HVAC systems for educational, retail, large development projects, and upgrades to existing facilities. Our experience spans all facets of HVAC systems involving hydronic systems, steam and condensate systems, industrial/process piping systems, ductwork, and sheet metal installations. We also have expertise and experience in controls, instrumentation, balancing and commissioning for K-12 and post-graduation educational facilities, retail, healthcare, and life safety systems. We have successfully completed large development projects, critical cooling for such users as data centers as well as central utility plants - both new and upgrades.

Once the project is constructed, Rand has both HVAC and Plumbing Service divisions to service and maintain the installation completed by our construction division. The service division is integrated into the project about halfway thru the construction phase to make sure our service technicians are acclimated and adept as to the systems being installed. We can maintain your system so that it operates efficiently from the first day on-line for the life of the system. This attention serves to minimize operating costs and help eliminate costly repairs for the end user.
